In short: WHAT A LOVELY RACE.
In full: TWO LOCAL MUMS WHO HAVE ONLY BEEN RUNNING FOR 6MTHS THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE COURSE AND DIDN'T FEEL INTIMIDATED BY ALL THE CLUB RUNNERS. THANKS TO THE FRIENDLY MARSHALLS AND THE KIDS AT THE WATER STATIONS. VERY WELL MANAGED THROUGHOUT.
In short: very good race
In full: very good race for everybody
In short: Excellent race, love the bananas
In full: This is a great race, traffic free, on and off road. Loads of water!!! on the ground, in the air and in bottles.
Well organised and very friendly race, the marshalling across the road to the start was fab, thank you guys for stopping the traffic so i didn't even have to break my jog.
The tem prz of a bottle of wine each made it really worth while and my wife says thanks.
Well done and can't wait to see the new Village Hall
In short: A small, friendly race. It was incredibly hot and starting at 11am meant it was tough. Parts of the course are very uneven so despite being a flat course a PB is going to be difficult.
In short: WAY TOO HOT, WISH IT HAD RAINED FOR A BIT (Really sorry about that!!! We have tried to arrange a downpour just for you! Race Organiser)
In short: Wow that was hot! Mostly on tracks and uneven concrete, a lovely traffic-free course.
In full: Good, friendly organisation, be sure to allow 15 mins to walk to the start! A lovely traffic free course on tracks and old airfield, can be uneven underfoot, along with the overbearing temperature I came away exhausted with a personal worst! Friendly atmosphere, water on the course and at the start/finish was very welcome.
In short: Almost traffic free, lovely run
In full: Could do with sharpening up their marshalling and finish funnel, but otherwise a splendid run organised by very nice people. Nice to see Roonie O'Sullivan taking part (sub-40 I think)
