There are three ways of entering the race;

1. The quickest way is to enter on-line at Runners World.

2. You can post us a printed entry form, an A5/C5 stamped self-addressed envelope and a cheque or credit/debit card details. Entry forms are available at local athletics clubs, from Race Registration or you can download a copy.

Paper entry forms and payment by cheque or credit/debit card must be received by Monday 27th June 2011.

3. You can enter on race day. Race Registration is at the High Ongar Village Hall and is open from 9.00 to 10.30. Please allow extra time if you take this option and it will cost you an additional £2.

Proceeds from the race will be distributed to good causes in the High Ongar area.

E-mail addresses will be used to notify runners of the next High Ongar 10K race and will not be passed on to other organisations.
