A leafy lane on the High Ongar 10K course
The race is fully registered with UK Athletics and the 10 kilometre course has been officially measured.  Details of the route and a downloadable sketch map are available at the UK Athletics course measurement website.  The race regularly attracts a field approaching 200 runners, but in 2008 the race was chosen as the Essex AAA 10K Championship race and so we had over 350 runners.   Here are some course notes.
