By Car

Google Map location of Race Registration.  Turn off the A414 into The Street at  High Ongar  where race marshals in high-vis jackets will guide you into the designated (free) car park.  You cannot drive to the start - it is a 10 to 15 minute walk from Race Registration.

By Public Transport

There are few public transport options to High Ongar on Sundays.  Please check Traveline South East for latest routes.

• Please park only in the official race car park off The Street, High Ongar.  

• All runners must check in to Race Registration at High Ongar Village Hall, 104 Mill Lane  CM5 9RL between 9.00 and 10.30 before going to Forest Lodge Road and the race start.  The race starts at 11.00 prompt.

• You must walk to the start of the race. Please allow 15 minutes to do this and be careful crossing the A414. Marshals from Ongar Round Table in high-vis jackets will assist you.

• After the race, please return to the Village Hall for refreshments and presentations.
